How to measure
For knee sleeves, the most important measurement in determining your correct size is your knee/calf circumference. The sleeve should fit snugly around the knee, so that it stays firmly in place and doesn't slide down when you move. If you order the sleeve to fit your measurement, the bamboo fabric will stretch to accommodate a larger thigh and gently hug a slimmer leg.
